Höfner 500/1 Reissue Case
Hofner vintage reissue guitar case for 500/1 Violin Bass model.
Shaped plywood case with black tolex cover, green felt lined, inside pocket, leather handle and lockable main latch.
Handmade in Germany by Jakob Winter GmbH, the original cases manufacturer for
Höfner guitars and basses from the early 1940s until the late 2000s.
These cases are the best fit for vintage or new Hofner 500/1 basses,
they have the look of the original 50s and 60s cases but are a lot sturdier.
They have been discontinued and we are pleased to have the last few cases available.
The built quality is far superior to the ones currently supplied with new Hofner basses.
