1965 Gretsch Corvette 6132
Introduced in 1961, the Corvette was the entry level model of Gretsch’s electric guitar line.
With a solid mahogany solid body and neck, a single coil pickup and a sharp double cutaway design,
it was clearly the Brooklyn manufacturer’s answer to Gibson’s Les Paul Junior.
Corvette are indeed great no-nonsense instruments, perfect for blues and Rock’n’Roll.
A firm favourite of Rory Gallagher’s, and yet these guitars are still very underrated!
This beautiful 1965 Corvette is in excellent condition and
is fully original apart from a refret and a replaced nut.
